I joined Pilates as part of my recovery and rehab from a cycling accident. I’m a self -employed consultant and found Stephen so accommodating in finding times each week that worked for me.
I’ve been joining classes for over 8 months.
I started initially with Private classes to learn the equipment and format and then moved to group classes. I generally fit in two classes a week.
I’ve found I do have a core! I've enhanced my flexibility and strength.
Really love the vibe of the Studio and the friendly atmosphere in each class. Not only do I get a great work out, and the push and guidance of Stephen to get results, but I hear about the best eating spots, recommendations on all sorts of things, upcoming events and more!
It depends on the day.
