I feel stronger when I run, swim and snowboard. I'm also not as sore.

Why does The Pilates Loft work for you?

It's a nurturing environment amid a challenging atmosphere. Very rewarding.

Favourite Pilates exercise?

Anything but the 'Stomach massage' sequence. I do love Andreas' leg stretches in straps pulling on the ropes.

Most challenging Pilates exercise?

The Snake.
